EZDB product launch - The 1st step in CRM
EZDB was developed specifically for SMEs to help them grow their business without the high cost associated with CRM products. EZDB, as the name suggests, provides an easy to use customer database that links directly with websites. It accepts any data from a web form - Contact Us, Registration, or Support page - and stores it directly in a secure database. There is also the option to be notified by email or SMS when a customer is registered.

We would encourage any other organisation to assist or contribute to this worthy cause. The focus of the fund-raising this year will be to provide interactive white boards (which cost $5000 each), and other resource books and materials. Dulux Refinish Coatings signs up to SC-CustCentric
After trialling SC-CustCentric's Sales Force Automation solution for 3 months, Dulux Refinish Coatings has implemented it as the solution to support their sales teams in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Dulux Refinish Coatings needed a system for all stages of their sales pipeline and to provide their team collaborative tools to work more effectively.
