EZDB product launch - The 1st step in CRM
EZDB was developed specifically for SMEs to help them grow their business without the high cost associated with CRM products. EZDB, as the name suggests, provides an easy to use customer database that links directly with websites. It accepts any data from a web form - Contact Us, Registration, or Support page - and stores it directly in a secure database. There is also the option to be notified by email or SMS when a customer is registered.
