number of training options designed for the different user groups and user levels.
User training
Training is available to organisations that wish apply a formal classroom-type approach for their users. Our
trainers will spend an entire day on-site and will be available to assist in real-life scenarios.
Customised training
SC-CustCentric has been designed to fit within your organisations existing processes. Should your company
decide to adopt our methodology, Spair Corporation offers training tailored to suit your needs. Our proven
methodology can be tailored to it your company's needs.
Project team training
If you decide to deploy SC-CustCentric with your own infrastructure and personnel, Spair Corporation can provide
training as well as support for your implementation team. Our consultants will be available to assist in every
facet of the deployment.
Support
Overview
Spair Corporation makes available 2 support packages.
Standard Support
This package comes standard with your subscription. It has been designed to meet the requirements of most Customers.
Customers can contact our Support Consultants via email or telephone. Together with the online documentation, this
package will address the majority of your support needs.
Gold Support
If you desire a more personal level of support, then this package has been designed for you. It enhances the Standard
Support package by having a designated Support Consultant.
